Job description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager III
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the AI League program including events, account teams, and sales organization.
  • Enable the sales organization and partners through webinars, customer stories, demos, and office hours.
  • Coordinate analyst relations by preparing briefing materials for entities like Gartner.
  • Oversee event session coordination to ensure content quality, technical depth, and message consistency.
Essential Skills
  • Proven program management experience, including managing across teams and timelines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with machine learning tools and platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in product marketing for machine learning platforms.
  • Stakeholder management and event coordination experience.
Work Environment
The role is based in Chicago, IL, the Bay Area, or Seattle. The position requires you to be local to any of these locations, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
