Job description

The Campaign Administration Program Manager resides in the Technical Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization and is responsible for several facets of the campaign administration process to assure a successful launch of all Safety/Noncompliance Recalls and Environmental/Emissions Recalls. Scope includes all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM vehicles worldwide, in addition to Alfa Romeo and Fiat branded vehicles sold in North America.
This position will coordinate with the Investigations and Campaign Administration & Execution teams, as well as various other supporting teams, to ensure tasks required to prepare systems and documentation for launch are completed accurately and in a timely manner, while ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting internal standards. The position manages data analytics to support the life of the recall.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives that deliver trusted, timely reporting and analytics for business decision-making.
    • Own the BI/reporting roadmap (dashboards, operational reports, executive scorecards, and self-service analytics), aligning priorities to business outcomes and stakeholder needs.
    • This role owns program planning and execution (scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies) while partnering with business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams to define KPI standards, build and enhance dashboards and reports, and ensure consistent metric definitions and adoption across the enterprise.
    • Drive data quality and reporting accuracy: define validation checks, reconcile sources, manage defect triage and root-cause analysis, and track remediation to closure.
  • Responsible for the requests and schedule related to required time studies, as well as the development of repair procedures for dealer technicians.
  • Support Global process harmonization for Campaign Administration & Execution.
  • Provide input into the dealer and owner communications process, including proof review and approval, as well as document efficiency.
  • Owns and continuously improves existing processes related to job function; responsible for establishing new processes, if required.
  • Cross training/learning required to maintain seamless workflow amongst Campaign Administration Program Managers.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/Technology, Finance, Engineering or other Technical degree from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project/program management in cross-functional roles with increasing responsibility
  • Strong data management skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience managing complex data sets / Business Analytics; also including BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI (CoPilot)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues, drive to root cause, and recommend clear actions
  • Demonstrated ability to rally cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and align stakeholders across Stellantis
  • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering in the presence of obstacles and sensitive topics (including litigation as applicable)
  • Sets high expectations for self and others and drives accountability to meet commitments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management, engineering, internal and external stakeholders, and regulators while building and maintaining positive relationships
  • High energy; able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable making timely decisions with incomplete information, escalating appropriately, and taking ownership of outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience within Stellantis Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Mopar, or Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of NHTSA, EPA and/or CARB regulations
