Job description

BCM One is looking for a strategic and hands-on L&D leader to build a modern, scalable learning function that empowers employees and partners alike. You'll design innovative programs, leverage AI and internal expertise, and create learning experiences that drive growth, performance, and business impact.


This is a true builder role-perfect for someone who loves crafting long-term learning strategies and rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-quality, impactful learning programs. You'll shape employee development, enable partners to confidently sell our solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

You will lead employee development initiatives and design partner-facing training programs that equip our partners to confidently understand, position, and sell BCM One's products and services.


Work Locations:

This is a hybrid or remote-optional position. Preference will be given to hybrid candidates based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and lead the Learning & Development function,establishinga modern, scalable approach aligned with businessobjectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy supporting onboarding, employee growth, leadership development, and partner enablement
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs using AI and innovative instructional design methods across in-person, virtual, and blended environments
  • Develop and deliver high-impact learning programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance
  • Create and launch effective external training programs that equip partners to confidently understand, position, and sell our products and services
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business knowledge into high-impact learning experiences
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics; continuouslyoptimizeprograms
  • Administer andmaintainthe Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, learning paths, enrollments, tracking, and reporting
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by embedding development into daily workflows
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuringtimelyand high-quality delivery


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field
  • Experience building L&D programs in a high-growth environment, including both internal employee development and external training initiatives
  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full lifecycle of program design, development, and facilitation
  • Strong appliedexpertisein adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
  • Confident facilitator with experience engaging diverse audiences, including internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven success delivering leadership, technical, and functional learning programs with measurable business impact
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to design and develop learning content
