As a Campaign Execution Manager at Cengage, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing success by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with strong project management to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with customer journeys, and optimized for business impact. You will collaborate across multiple teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously improving processes and workflows.

What you'll do here:
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop coordinated campaign plans that drive conversion and improve business outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, web, media, and events teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
  • Utilize Workfront daily (or designated project management tools) to manage workflows, timelines, and team collaboration
  • Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, balancing priorities while maintaining high performance and quality standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality, brand, and performance expectations
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
  • Support campaign optimization efforts by incorporating feedback and performance insights
Skills you will need here:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of campaign execution
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront
  • Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence
