Job description

Job Title: Senior Learning Experience (LxD) Architect & Program Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience (LxD) Architect & Program Lead to spearhead the transformation of our core leadership development initiatives. This is a hybrid "Design-and-Deliver" role where you will be responsible for translating leadership assessment insights into cohesive, modern, and blended learning journeys.
This position is for a seasoned professional who can operate with high autonomy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these programs-from initial journey mapping and AI-accelerated content development to LMS deployment and pilot execution. If you have a proven track record of converting traditional instructor-led training (ILT) into immersive, role-relevant experiences for both frontline/operational and corporate populations, this is an opportunity to lead a high-visibility project.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Redesign & Blended Architecture
• Learning Transformation: Redesign traditional leadership programs into end-to-end blended learning journeys. This includes architecting pre-work (digital diagnostics/reflection), high-impact live sessions (simulations/workshops), and post-session reinforcement (nudges/application tools).
• Audience Differentiation: Architect distinct learning paths for diverse employee populations (e.g., operational/frontline vs. corporate/office-based) to ensure maximum relevance and behavioral application.
• Experiential Design: Develop simulation-based and experiential learning components that move beyond passive content to active practice and application.
End-to-End Program Management
• Project Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle, including development of project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and milestone management. Maintain execution discipline with minimal oversight.
• AI-Enabled Development: Leverage modern AI tools alongside Articulate 360 to accelerate the design process. Draft content, develop scenarios, and produce learning assets that maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and tone.
• Stakeholder Stewardship: Partner directly with the Head of Leadership Development to align on design direction and key decision points. Operate efficiently within our existing strategic framework to meet tight pilot-readiness deadlines.
LMS Deployment & Pilot Readiness
• Systems Integration: Design and configure learning solutions for enterprise-grade LMS environments. Build curricula, define learning paths, and manage content upload, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Pilot Support: Partner with internal consultants to finalize facilitation approaches, prepare facilitator materials, and support the execution of pilots, iterating on designs based on immediate participant feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Learning Experience Design (LxD), Instructional Design, or Leadership Development.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Articulate 360 and demonstrated use of Generative AI tools in learning design.
• Systems Expertise: Prior experience configuring and deploying content in enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Leadership Focus: Proven experience designing high-impact development programs for both frontline/operational and office-based populations.
Preferred Attributes
• Strong track record of transforming "Instructor-Led" content into "Blended Digital/Experiential" journeys.
• Ability to translate complex leadership assessments into actionable learning objectives.
• Excellent project management skills; you are comfortable managing complex dependencies and tight delivery schedules.
