Account Manager - Parking Operations Manager

Salary Range: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 Annually, Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential up to 15% of salary

Work Modality: On Site

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Ideal Experience:

  • This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.
  • Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required

As Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
