THEROLE

As ourOperations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we are deliveringan incredible experience to our guests and running a best-in-class venue with a rockstarteam. This role offers the opportunity to become part of an exciting brand inthe social entertainment space with tremendous growth opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role will have five (5) main areas of responsibilities:

  1. Become the Best Bar: While the actual award would be nice, for us this is a mindset! Being the best bar means we offer amazing drinks and service, built a beautiful bar, and have guests who absolutely love coming to see us. As the bar manager, you will help lead this effort and team to deliver a bar experience that will set the standard for the brand across the country.

  2. Be a Coach and a Teammate: We are only as good as the team around us. As a leader of the venue, you will be a coach and teammate to all those around you especially the bar staff you will oversee. We look to develop our teammates both professional and personally everyday.

  3. Develop a Winning Beverage Program: Our beverage program is crucial to the success of our entire operation. As we open and learn, you will help lead efforts in refining our beverage program to ensure we are providing a best-in-class offering that our guests absolutely love and we can execute effectively and efficiently.

  4. Manage Bar Performance Effectively: Venue performance is critical to success. For the bar, this goes beyond just financial success. For us, success means holistic achievement across every aspect of our business (e.g., team health, guest experience, brand value, financials). You will be in charge of managing bar performance and achieving defined weekly goals to allow us to hit our company target.

  5. Have Fun in a Safe and Professional Manner: While we love to have fun, we must do this in a safe and responsible manner. You will be responsible for ensuring your bar adheres to all compliance, safety, and HR related policies and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • An amazing person who reflects and lives by our company values each day.

  • A proven leader who has experience opening, operating, and overseeing craft cocktail bars

  • Demonstrated track record of driving business goals, delivering a positive guest and team experience, and creating a culture of strong leadership.

  • Understanding of the necessary components of running a successful bar operation (e.g., food & beverage, labor, compliance, risk and safety, training, etc.)

  • A bar operator who is innovative, detailed-oriented, effective at prioritization, and most of all excited to take on an entrepreneurial role with a fast-growing company.

  • Ability to understand data, financials, and analytics to develop key performance insights and opportunity areas.

  • 3+ years of leadership level experience within a hospitality group or company.

  • Learning, Development, and Training experience is a plus, but not essential.
