Position Summary

The Senior Specialist, Learning Operations, plays a critical role in executing and optimizing the organization's learning infrastructure, systems, and processes. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality learning operations that enable scalable, efficient, and data-driven talent development across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Development & Management, this experienced individual contributor serves as a subject matter expert in learning operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to support program delivery, enhance learner experiences, and continuously improve systems, tools, and workflows. We are looking for a proactive person who is excited about making adult learning interesting and effective, drawn to making sense of data and technology for learners, and a strong, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

Learning Operations Execution

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise learning programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery

  • Execute logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, and materials coordination

  • Serve as a key operational partner to learning program managers and instructional designers

Learning Systems & Technology

  • Administer and optimize CBI's Workday learning management system (LMS) and related learning technologies

  • Configure courses, curricula, learning paths, and reporting structures within the system

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT and vendors on enhancements, integrations, and upgrades

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and a strong end-user experience\

Vendor & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate with external vendors, facilitators, and content providers to support program delivery

  • Manage vendor logistics, including scheduling, materials, and communications

  • Support contract tracking and vendor performance monitoring

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Generate and analyze learning data and operational metrics (e.g., completions, participation, utilization)

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders

  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline learning operations

  • Leverage automation and system capabilities to enhance scalability and consistency

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices

  • Coordinate learning ops projects from planning through execution and completion

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for learning initiatives and system updates

  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Talent Development, and business stakeholders to support learning initiatives

  • Provide guidance and support to learners, managers, and facilitators on learning systems and processes

  • Act as a point of contact for operational questions and issue resolution

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field

  • 3-5+ years of experience in learning operations, talent development, HR operations, or program coordination

  • Proven experience administering enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail

Education and Experience Preferences

  • Experience in a mid-to-large organization (5,000+ employees)

  • Familiarity with learning experience platforms (LXP), content providers, and virtual learning tools

  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

The salary range for this role is:

$82,400.00 - $123,600.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
