WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE The successful Sales Training Manger will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs, overseeing the development of careers, identifying training needs, and contributing to the professional development of staff within the sales department. Sales Trainer Will: Complete a minimum of 4 sales training classes per year. Complete a minimum of 4 sales reunion classes per year. Reunion classes are to be held 30 to 60 days following each sales class. Complete a minimum of 4 reboot training classes per year. Lead Tuesday sales trainings on an as needed basis in support of Sales Leaders Regular rides with freshly graduated Project Consultants for their first 30 days. Develop and implement sales training programs that include product knowledge training, selling techniques, negotiation skills, business practices and other relevant sales skills. Identify training needs by working closely with sales management and monitoring sales outcomes. Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, simulations, and other educational activities. Develop and maintain up-to-date sales training materials including manuals, course materials, and training aids. Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their skills and achieve sales targets. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and recommend improvements as needed. Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in sales and incorporate them into training materials. Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales employee. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON Minimum Education and Experience: Strong understanding of sales techniques and sales process management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales performance metrics. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
