Job description

BeMobile Verizon, a growing company with progressive L&D and training programs, is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to organize, administer, and maintain impactful Talent Card and Learning and Development initiatives across our organization.
This role requires a dynamic and positive approach to delivering the Talent Assessment program. The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, organization, and administration of current training programs and support continuous learning for over 120 store locations and our corporate team.
Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expenses.  
This position is located in the BeMobile Corporate office or in a very limited approved geographical area 
Required Education and Skills
  • One to two years of experience in an administrative position, L&D preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and assess high-potential employees and leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Highly energetic, emotionally insightful person
  • Project Management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Mentor or Peer Programs
  • Collaborative, goal-driven, and ready to take on new projects and challenges
  • Learning Management Software (LMS) Experience

  • Talent Assessment and Role Readiness Evaluation: This role leads competency-based talent assessments and builds practical tools to help leaders identify and grow emerging leaders across the business. 
  • Talent Card Administration and Implementation: This role builds and maintains Talent Cards that create clear visibility into team member strengths, readiness, and development needs.
  • New Hire Onboarding Talent Review: This position facilitates new-hire talent review sessions to help new employees understand their talent landscape and take next steps.
  • L&D Development Programs Administration: This is the planning and coordination of scheduling and invitations, communicating and reminding employees of the courses, delivering content, and conducting follow-up surveys.
