Learning Systems Architect, Senior
The Opportunity:
Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products
  • Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
