• At least ten (10) years of experience working with the federal government learning
management systems FedTalent, Percipio and Totara.
• Proficient in technical skills (Ex. technical support, PowerBI, web development, programming
languages, information security) and soft skills (Ex. communication skills, customer service,
analytical skills, teamwork and collaboration, and continuous learning).
• A post-graduate degree in information technology, computer science, or related technical
fields discipline (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Specific technology industry-related certification(s).
