Job Description:

  • Coordinator is responsible for supporting training operations, learning management system administration, training records, reporting, and coordination activities that help ensure accurate, timely, and effective delivery of training programs.
  • This role requires strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, a solid understanding of learning management system functions, and the ability to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and drive work forward with limited direction.
  • The ideal candidate is solution oriented, self directed, and motivated, with the initiative to manage priorities, analyze information, resolve routine system or process issues, and support continuous improvement across training administration processes.
  • This position works closely with training delivery teams, instructional design, operations partners, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate learning data, support course and class setup, monitor compliance-related records, and contribute to a positive training experience for employees and contractors.
