Overview

The LMS Coordinator, part of the LMS Team within the Training Organization (Insight Global University), is the main reporting support role for training rollouts, keeping stakeholders informed during active deployments - answering the question, “Who is assigned, complete, overdue, or blocked?”

This role encompasses the following areas of function:


1. Rollout & Assignment Support
• Support recurring LMS assignments and training rollouts on a set cadence.
• Validate audience lists and learner populations before each launch.
• Keep assignments accurate and up to date across active projects.

2. Completion Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor completion rates, overdue learners, and progress trends across rollouts.
• Provide stakeholder reporting during active launches to keep teams informed.

3. Learner Support & Escalation
• Troubleshoot learner and stakeholder issues submitted through the DL/shared inbox.
• Escalate rollout concerns and deeper effectiveness questions to the LMS Analyst or LMS Administrator.


Responsibilities

Rollout & Assignment Support: Support recurring LMS assignments and training rollouts , and validate audience lists and learner populations before each launch.
Completion Tracking & Reporting: Monitor completion rates, overdue learners, and progress trends, and provide stakeholder reporting during active deployments.
Learner Support & Escalation: Troubleshoot learner and stakeholder issues through the shared inbox and escalate rollout concerns to the LMS Analyst or LMS Administrator.
