This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate be seated in the metro Phoenix area and be able to come into the Phoenix office two days per week.


  • Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains learning programs, materials, and resources that support employee and technical development initiatives aligned with business needs.  

  • Facilitates instructor-led and virtual learning programs for employees, managers, and teams. 

  • Works with subject matter experts to update and revise current technical and employee development training programs. 

  • Creates, edits, and maintains learning curricula and resources for diverse audiences and delivery modalities, with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and relevance across roles and departments. 

  • Creates and maintains training media, including webinars, instructional videos, and digital learning assets, for learner experience, brand alignment, clarity, and instructional effectiveness. 

  • Supports program implementation and evaluation efforts. Coordinates learning activities and prepares materials, communications, and logistics to support effective learning experiences.  

  • Assists with tracking learning metrics and other relevant measures to support continuous improvement.  

  • Recommends enhancements to learning programs, instructional materials, and delivery methods based on learner feedback and training metrics.

  • Minimum travel as required. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience specializing in Human Resources, Training or Organizational Development.

  • 5-6 years of program coordination, instructional design work and/or working within an internal Learning and Development team.
  • Experience with designing, developing, and facilitating training programs. 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere). 
  • Experience with Training Content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.).
  • Instructional Design certification or experience with creating/editing e-learning content and training materials. 
  • Experience with facilitating live and virtual learning programs (including to leadership), using tools that support facilitation (Mural, SessionLab). 
  • Experience supporting a Learning Management system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). 
  • Demonstrates consistency in character, actions, and outcomes. 

  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and follow-through in delivering high-quality learning solutions.  

  • Listens with intention to learn, is professional when interacting with others, and acknowledges the perspectives of others. 

  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, project management, and organizational skills. 

  • Has the ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision. 

  • Understands the essential tenets of adult learning theory, Kirkpatrick Model and ADDIE model and is adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. 

  • Demonstrates an attention to detail and an eye for quality of content and service in executing training programs. 

  • Has functional expertise and execution in assessment, evaluation, and training needs analysis. 


An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
