Job Title: Administrative Aide 3

Irwindale CA 91702 -Hybrid: Onsite M & Th

Duration: 08/06/2026 to 12/05/2026

Shift: M-F 8-5


Education Requirement

A. High School Diploma or Equivalent


Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

  • Support learning administration activities by creating items and classes, processing enrollments, recording completions, monitoring attendance, and maintaining training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel to track training registrations and completion statuses.
  • Prepare and distribute written communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate training logistics using Outlook.
  • Organize, package, and distribute training materials, supplies, and instructional resources to instructors and training locations.
  • Coordinate classroom and conference room setup and breakdown at various locations, including arranging catering and onsite support.
  • Manage multiple training events and deliverables while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.


Possibility of assignment extension.


Required Skills/Attributes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard business applications.
  • Experience using a SuccessFactors Learning or other Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify training completion status and compliance gaps.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • 2+ years of experience in training administration, learning operations, administrative support, or a related field.
