About Any Lab Test Now
Any Lab Test Now is helping change the way healthcare is delivered by giving consumers direct access to laboratory testing and wellness services. Our customers are empowered to take a proactive role in their health by ordering many laboratory tests without a physician referral.
We are seeking a Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist who is excited to be part of this evolving healthcare model and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Position Overview
This is a floating position supporting our North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations. The successful candidate will combine strong phlebotomy skills with a hospitality mindset and a willingness to take ownership of the entire customer experience.
Unlike a traditional medical office, our team members work in a small-business environment where everyone contributes to both clinical and operational responsibilities. Candidates who enjoy variety, learning new products, and helping customers will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and confidently.
  • Administer wellness injections and assist with other clinical services.
  • Perferm urine, hair, nail and saliva drug tests (DOT and non-DOT)
  • Learn our testing services, DNA testing, wellness offerings, and nutritional injection programs.
  • Consult with customers regarding available testing options and help them understand services that may support their health goals.
  • Deliver a personalized, attentive customer experience that makes every customer feel welcomed and valued.
  • Process customer transactions and collect payments.
  • Send results and communicate with customers regarding testing procedures.
  • Maintain inventory and prepare specimens for shipment.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and completing required documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility at all times.
  • Travel between North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations as business needs require.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent credential.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, and patient interaction.
  • Desire to continually learn about the tests that we offer.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations.
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

DESIRED:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Experience delivering personalized customer service in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services, spa/wellness businesses, or other customer-focused environments.
  • Experience in a patient service center, laboratory, blood donation center, hospital, or other high-volume phlebotomy environment.
  • While both Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists are encouraged to apply, we have found that candidates with strong phlebotomy backgrounds are often best suited for this role due to the volume of specimen collection performed in our centers.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
Our most successful team members:
  • Take pride in helping customers.
  • Enjoy learning about healthcare products and services.
  • Are comfortable educating and consulting with customers.
  • Take ownership of both clinical and operational responsibilities.
  • Thrive in a small-business environment where teamwork and flexibility are essential.
  • Understand that delivering an exceptional customer experience is just as important as performing excellent clinical work.

This Position May Not Be a Good Fit If
  • You are seeking a position focused exclusively on clinical duties.
  • You are uncomfortable performing administrative, customer service, cleaning, or operational responsibilities.
  • You prefer a highly specialized role with limited responsibilities.
  • You do not enjoy interacting with customers and helping them understand healthcare services.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Retirement with company match.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Employee discounts on laboratory testing and wellness services.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Opportunity to be part of a growing company that is changing how consumers access healthcare.

Telephone calls to our facility or walk-in inquiries about this position are not permitted.
In order to be considered for the position, please reply with your resume, position desired and salary requirements.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
