Sales Development Representative
Location: San Francisco (Hybrid, in-office 3 days/week)

The Role:As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be tasked with lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting to help drive the sales pipeline, a critical part of our business. In this role, we'd expect you to be based in San Francisco, CA, helping to support our global sales team and generate new meetings.
How You'll Do It:
  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling.
  • Inbound Lead Distribution: Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Compensation:
The targeted pay for this position is $110,304 OTE.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
