CLA is seeking a Senior Learning Performance Strategist - AI Readiness to help drive enterprise-wide workforce readiness for an AI-enabled future.

As a member of the Power & Business Skills team, you will partner with business leaders, People Solutions (HR), Digital, IT, and Learning Operations to design and implement learning and performance solutions that build AI fluency, support responsible AI adoption, and measure workforce readiness across the firm.

This role is ideal for a strategic learning professional who combines performance consulting expertise with a passion for workforce transformation, capability development, and emerging technology.

How You'll Create Opportunities in this Sr. Learning Performance role:

Performance Consulting & Analysis:

  • Implement and expand enterprise AI readiness learning and performance strategies.

  • Consult with stakeholders to identify workforce capability needs and performance gaps.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define performance metrics and analyze data for informed decision-making.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, workforce transformation, talent development, professional services, and learning technology.

Learning Strategy & Curriculum:

  • Evaluate innovative approaches to workforce readiness, capability validation, and skills development.

  • Develop and maintain competency- and skills-based learning pathways that support family members at varying levels of AI maturity.

  • Develop and manage skill validation programs including assessments, micro-learning, job aids, and simulations.

  • Ensure learning experiences are learner-centered, practical, scalable, and aligned with adult learning principles.

Measurement & Innovation:

  • Develop and manage readiness measurement frameworks that evaluate workforce preparedness and capability growth.

  • Establish metrics and dashboards that provide visibility into learning effectiveness, adoption trends, and readiness outcomes in collaboration with Learning Operations.

  • Analyze readiness data to identify workforce strengths, capability gaps, and future development opportunities.

Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to increase organizational readiness and accelerate adoption.

  • Develop communication and engagement strategies that help drive awareness, confidence, and sustained behavior change.

  • Help build a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible innovation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on learning solutions that drive employee performance and engagement, business outcomes, and client value.

Project Management:

  • Define scope, schedule, and budget for learning projects.

  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and monitor risks; escalate to leadership as needed.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, performance consulting, organizational development, workforce transformation, or related discipline.

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field is required. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience designing enterprise learning and capability-building programs.

  • Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using data and metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.

  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LXP (360 Learning) and LMS platforms, analytics tools (Power BI), AI, and automation technologies.

  • Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, or workforce modernization initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI technologies, or AI adoption programs.

  • Experience developing readiness frameworks, assessments, or capability measurement programs.

  • Professional services or consulting industry experience.

  • Relevant certifications such as CPTD, PMP, Prosci, SHRM-SCP, or AI-related credentials.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required (<10% travel).

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $67,000 - $115,000.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $67,000 - $119,000.

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $73,000 - $119,000.

The compensation range for this position in Virginia is: $85,000 - $128,000.
