Overview

US Conec is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to support the delivery and continuous improvement of employee and leadership development programs across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Employee Experience, business leaders, and employees to drive impactful learning initiatives, enhance capability development, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development initiatives for employees and leaders
  • Support the delivery and execution of leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant communications, and program administration
  • Manage learning program calendars to ensure timely and effective execution across multiple departments
  • Assist in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content
  • Partner with the Learning & Development Manager to design scalable learning solutions that support employee growth and business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Experience teams, and business leaders to identify and support development needs
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding learning opportunities, training programs, and development pathways
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, learner records, tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor training participation, completion rates, and compliance requirements to ensure organizational standards are met
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and learning records
  • Track learning metrics and generate reports on program participation, effectiveness, and outcomes
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancement
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes, content, and development initiatives
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-related technologies
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report training data
