Sales Development Representative | Signs & Graphics

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour + Benefits

Custom Graphics Inc. is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Fargo, ND.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and learning how products are created from concept to completion. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, prepare accurate quotes, coordinate projects with production, and help deliver solutions that make businesses stand out.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, inside sales, estimating, project coordination, or account support who wants to grow their career in sales. We’ll provide training on the technical side of signs, decals, wraps, and production processes.

What You'll Do
  • Build accurate quotes based on customer needs and project requirements
  • Convert approved quotes into work orders and coordinate details with production
  • Provide realistic timelines and communicate lead times clearly with customers
  • Own customer projects from initial request through delivery
  • Keep customers updated throughout the process
  • Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, website inquiries, and walk-in customers
  • Support the outside sales team and grow into advanced estimating responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records using quoting systems, spreadsheets, and email tools
