At In Tandem, we build technology that helps families manage everyday routines and navigate life's biggest transitions. Through our four brands-OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator-we help families stay organized, communicate well, and foster healthy childhoods.
We believe technology should strengthen relationships and make daily coordination less complicated. Everything we create is designed to lighten the mental load, reduce conflict, and support families through big and small moments.
If you want your work to make a real difference in the daily lives of parents and kids, In Tandem is the place where your impact will truly matter.
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join OurFamilyWizard and help grow our relationships with family law professionals. In this role, you'll drive new co-parent subscriptions through high-volume outbound outreach, engaging attorneys and family law firms to generate referrals.
You'll partner closely with Account Executives to identify prospects, deliver compelling messaging, and book qualified meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is motivated by hitting goals, enjoys outbound prospecting, and wants to build strong foundational sales skills.
Compensation: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, which includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus an annual bonus of $10,000 to $20,000.
  • Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach), as well as following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of daily outreach activity to build and manage a healthy pipeline of family law professionals
  • Create a strong first impression with prospects by clearly articulating how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard's offerings and tailor messaging to the unique needs of each prospect
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in the CRM, ensuring data is complete and up to date
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting goals
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and drive overall growth
  • A blend of intellect, passion, curiosity, hunger and grit forms the foundation of your character.
  • You are comfortable with rejection and motivated by hitting activity and performance goals
  • You have a resilient and persuasive personality to overcome obstacles and inspire others along the way
  • You navigate complex challenges with ease as you exhibit critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
  • You are prepared, professional, and consistent in your daily approach
  • 1+ years in a sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting role (cold calling/emailing) or sales support/marketing support role
  • Experience selling to or working with legal professionals is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
