Position Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of associate learning and ongoing learning experiences including the design, delivery and post-delivery while aligning with Benco Dental’s strategic initiatives. The learning experiences will engage learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective manner that facilitates learning. Associate development will include the utilization of instructional theory and design best practices.

  • Ability to communicate effectively; strong interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Successful track record of developing and delivering comprehensive professional development programs leveraging learning theories and instructional design models.

  • Proficient in developing content for use in LMS systems. Articulate 360 experience preferred.

  • Experience navigating and troubleshooting LMS systems related to course creation and usage.

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Measures and assesses training needs and effectiveness using surveys, usage measurements and focus groups when necessary.

  • Supports course compliance measurements as needed.

  • Provides pre-training and post-training exercises and activities as needed to enhance learning.

  • Conducts classroom training as needed and does all necessary preparation to effectively deliver training sessions (scheduling, collateral, logistics)

  • Maintains courses created in LMS and troubleshoots issues related to course experiences in partnership with IT.

  • Plays a key role in project implementations leading training delivery.

  • Assist in department special projects

  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the department.

  • All job duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field, Master’s Degree preferred

  • Experience: 3-5 years
