Job description

Within the framework of the guidelines set by the Product Development & Technology Technical Training & Skills Team, the incumbent:​
  • Consolidate, supported by Global Learning Business Partners and Learning Operations Specialists, skills development needs at region level​
  • Localizes and shares global guidelines for accepting training requests, also taking into account budget constraints and global policies
  • Works with Technical Center Business Leaders to identify regional business needs and and secures budget alignment
  • Priorities and coordinates design and delivery of regional programs (e.g. EHS, regulatory, strategic transformation...)​
  • Ensures the quality, completeness and effectiveness of the learning offers/catalogues at region level​
  • Consolidate collection and analysis of learning KPIs within the Region (including the ones related o social commitments, funded programs, sustainability reports, other audits)​
  • Defines all needed actions aimed at recovering disservice and at meeting customer satisfaction and related needs within the Country​
  • Guarantees localization of global initiatives delivered on a remote basis and proposes regional communication plans aimed at reinforcing their effectiveness (incoordination and alignment with the Communication Team)​
  • Supports ILT delivery of global and academy-driven initiatives, including scouting and selection of internal and external trainers and regional management of delivery​
  • Builds and engages the regional learning community and support sharing of best practices across countries within the Region​
  • Supervise search for national funding opportunities and consolidate results​
  • With reference to learning and development, manages on a continuous basis, relations with regional institutions/groups​
Job Accountabilities:
  • Effective and efficient implementation of global and regional learning programs​
  • In accordance with global guidelines and synergies, delivery of efficient and effective learning solutions aimed at meeting internal customer needs within the Region​
  • Budget management, maximizing opportunities for different sources of funding​
  • Consistent implementation of global guidelines​
  • Bridge global and regional learning communities​
  • Coordination of Country Training Managers and Regional LBPs (when applicable)​
Main skills & capabilities:
  • High level knowledge of Instructional Design and andragogy basic principle​
  • Ownership of learning processes, learning market and learning tools (Ecosystems, LMSs, EXPs, Authoring tools, etc.)​
  • Good knowledge of Stellantis Ecosystem and related tools​
  • Program Management​
  • Stakeholder management and customer management​
  • Budgeting and finance fundamentals​
  • English CEFR >B2​
  • Agile methodologies, collaboration and innovation​
  • Awareness of learning facilitation / animation principles​

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources
