About the Role...

The Manager, Global Learning & Customer Education is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategy, development, and delivery of learning programs, as well as managing the integration and innovation of learning technologies within the organization. We're looking for a forward-thinker to own how our employees and customers learn, ramp, and succeed.

This role focuses on creating an engaging and effective learning environment by ensuring high-quality course design, enhancing learner experiences, and supporting instructional staff in utilizing technology for teaching and learning. This position will track and assess learning metrics to ensure the organization meets its operational and strategic goals. They will build high-impact learning experiences and lead a distributed team responsible for developing both employee and customer-facing education.

Successful candidates bring a strong foundation in instructional design, combined with a practical, outcomes-focused approach. They are skilled at simplifying complex concepts into clear, scalable learning experiences that drive meaningful business results.

  • This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA and is Hybrid requiring at least two days a week in the office.
  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 โ€“ 140,000 plus 10% annual bonus

A Day in the Life...

  • Develop engaging, high-impact learning across modalities (eLearning, live training, blended learning)
  • Design and deliver customer-facing education programs, product training, and scalable learning experiences
  • Partner with Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value
  • Develop engaging, high-impact learning across modalities (eLearning, live training, blended learning)
  • Lead onboarding for offshore BDR teams and U.S.-based employees
  • Apply instructional design principles to create role-based, practical content
  • Own LMS strategy, administration, and optimization
  • Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training
  • Lead and develop a global team of instructional designers, trainers, and/or coordinators

About You...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Technology, or instructional design, with at least one year of supervisory experience
  • LMS (Thinkific preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills
