Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril is building the technology that will transform defense and national security. Our People team is at the center of that mission, ensuring the organization scales as fast as the problems we're solving. Within People, the People & Leadership Development function is moving from early-stage pilots to enterprise-wide programs that reach every manager and leader across a complex, matrixed organization. This role sits at the heart of that transition.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior People Program Manager to own the scaling of Anduril's leadership development, team coaching, and manager effectiveness programs. Today, we are running a series of successful pilots across the business in coaching, team development, and leadership summits. What we need now is someone who can take what's working, build the roadmap, and operationalize it into a centralized offering that serves the entire company. You will partner directly with People leadership to define the future state, project-plan the path to get there, and execute relentlessly. This person will be equal parts strategist and operator: comfortable presenting program outcomes to senior leadership in a QBR one day and facilitating a team offsite the next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the transition from pilot to scale for Anduril's leadership and people development programs, including group coaching, manager and high-potential development, team onsites, leadership summits, and team effectiveness offerings.
  • Build and manage the multi-year program roadmap, defining what a centralized leadership development offering looks like at Anduril by 2027 and the milestones to get there.
  • Serve as the primary operator and project manager for all people development initiatives, using structured briefs, trackers, and stakeholder communication to keep work on schedule.
  • Guide team's evaluation of current pilots with a critical eye: determine what is delivering value and what needs refinement. Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform those calls.
  • Identify and evaluate technology solutions that can accelerate people development at scale, from coaching platforms to learning management systems.
  • Help facilitate onsite and offsite experiences, owning the operational end while, when needed, leading facets of team development sessions, leadership workshops, and cross-functional summits.
  • Present program strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Partner across the People org and with business leaders to understand development needs, tailor programming, and build buy-in for new offerings.
  • Scope the resourcing model: determine when and how to build out a bench of facilitators, coaches, or vendors to support scaled delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in people development, leadership development, organizational development, or program management within a People/HR function.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying leadership or manager development programs at scale within a large, matrixed organization.
  • You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in defense.
  • Strong project management instincts: you build structure in ambiguous environments and drive complex, cross-functional work to completion without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Executive presence and communication skills that allow you to present confidently to senior leaders, facilitate workshops, and craft compelling narratives around program vision and outcomes.
  • You are both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • Comfort with data: you can interpret program feedback, build a case for investment, and adjust your approach based on what the numbers say.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and get energy from building something from the ground up rather than maintaining the status quo.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in coaching, executive coaching, or leadership coaching (ICF certification or equivalent is a plus).
  • Experience designing and facilitating team coaching, offsites, leadership workshops, or similar group development experiences.
  • Experience at high-growth technology or defense companies that have navigated rapid organizational scaling.
  • Familiarity with people development technology platforms and their integration into broader HR ecosystems.
  • Experience building the business case for and standing up a people development function or center of excellence from scratch.
