Job description

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager
This role is Office Based, United States
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to work in our Dublin, CA office and to lead strategic customer migration programs to the latest Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) unified product architecture. This individual contributor role owns end-to-end program execution, from early adopters through full customer rollout, ensuring seamless transitions, strong customer outcomes, and alignment across technical and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive end-to-end migration programs, transitioning customers from legacy platforms to the CSOD unified architecture, from initial adopters through scaled rollout.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align on priorities, customer readiness, and execution.
  • Establish and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving rapid issue resolution.
  • Create scalable processes, operating rhythms, and governance models to support execution and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on program health, including key metrics, risks, and progress, and provide clear weekly updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and customers to minimize disruption and drive successful adoption.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in SaaS migrations, implementations, or platform transformations.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including enterprise (B2B) customers.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and coordinating across multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with project management tools and data-driven program tracking.

Preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program management efficiency, including automation of reporting, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and workflow optimization
