Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing people, projects, and performance to ensure client commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with corporate and client objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, support employee performance and development, manage staffing levels, and address issues related to onboarding, retention, and offboarding to maintain continuity. Plan and execute contracts by defining requirements, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, tracking performance metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The role balances operational execution with leadership, accountability, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • The PM will supervise all employees and subcontractors, ensure deliverables are completed, resolve contract issues, and attend necessary meetings.
  • The PM will ensure personnel understand their duties and comply with all policies and terms under the contract.
  • Maintain staffing levels of 95% or higher at all times. Respond to CO communications within 8 business hours. Accurately report staffing levels in weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Achieve required security clearances 95% of the time.
  • Successfully onboard personnel including submitting VARs, badging process, security briefing, and first day logistics with the CO, COR, and other government personnel as necessary.
  • Successful offboarding including submitting VAR cancellations, collecting (and returning) of government furnished equipment and badges.
  • Submit deliverables on time 100% of the time.
  • Handle contractor and subcontractor personnel issues quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate any travel requests within one (01) day.
  • Ensure appropriate work visas for contractor and subcontractor employees.

Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • PMP Certification

Required Qualities:
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Ten years of project/program management experience
  • Ten years of experience managing Government contracts with professional and administrative support services
