Job Summary
Provides leadership in clinical practice, education, evidence based practice (EBP), and professional development across the Connected for Kids partnership with Emplify Health by Bellin, Froedtert - ThedaCare and Children's Wisconsin. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing a broad range of clinical education activities that support clinical teams, patients, and families through pediatric patient education programs and onboarding initiatives.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice/education experience required.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive and clinical stakeholders required.
  • Experience managing complex project planning/implementations in a matrixed environment required.
  • Strong execution skills.
  • Analytic skills that are conceptual, as well as, practical.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with and influence others.
  • Requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who can operate independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal day to day supervision.
  • Requires independent judgment to develop, implement and monitor nursing care practices.
  • Uses Microsoft Office (and other software) tools to enhance workflow and achieve work efficiencies within the role.
  • Ability to prioritize work queues and balance/reconcile many stakeholders' expectations simultaneously.
  • License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.
  • ANCC-Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist - American Nurses Credentialing Center preferred.
