CCS Program Manager
What You’ll Be Doing: As a CCS Program Manager, you’ll play a huge role in supporting individuals with mental illness. This position will manage a youth program working with kids of varying ages. You will help guide them through Individual Skills Development and Enhancement, Medication Management, and Wellness Management services.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading the CCS program day-to-day, overseeing staff, scheduling, training, and ensuring quality services and compliance.
  • A mix of office work and community integration to provide hands-on support to our amazing clients.
  • Ensuring the program runs smoothly during service hours, including on-call duties when needed.

  • Managerial experience is a bonus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
  • A reliable vehicle and current state insurance (for when you need to drive to client locations).

Hours: Based on 40 hours work week. Typically, 1st shift but flexibility is key, as you'll ensure program needs/coverage is met during all service hours.
