RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Program Coordinator in Chicago, IL.
Overview:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Program Coordinator to support the design, administration, and execution of employee development and talent programs. This individual will provide project coordination, stakeholder support, event management, and program administration while helping drive employee engagement and professional growth initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of employee development and mentoring initiatives
* Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to coordinate program activities and ensure successful delivery
* Assist in organizing training sessions, orientations, informational meetings, workshops, and other learning events
* Coordinate communications, registration tracking, attendance management, and event logistics
* Provide administrative and technical support for virtual and in-person learning programs
* Maintain accurate records and reporting within learning and talent management systems
* Monitor and analyze program metrics, including participation, engagement, feedback, and completion rates
* Support survey administration and assist with evaluating program effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities
* Develop and distribute communications related to learning and professional development initiatives
* Provide support for shared team inboxes, calendars, and stakeholder inquiries
* Research industry trends and best practices to enhance learning experiences and employee development programs
* Assist with special projects and other team initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience supporting learning, talent development, training, HR programs, or project coordination initiatives
* Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or talent development platforms is preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing calendars, communications, and coordinating multiple priorities
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of an organization
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
* Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Experience with collaboration and virtual meeting platforms is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
