Job description

Your Contribution:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving new R&C Thermal Management programs from concept to launch. Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of project plan. Actively manages program to ensure budget, deliverables, timing, and targets are met. Initiate all necessary support activities for rest of Product Life Cycle. Contributes to enhancing program management knowledge for new Program Managers.
  • Lead programs from concept to launch by interfacing, coordinating, and supporting cross functional teams across several disciplines such as engineering, quality, logistics, and purchasing
  • Manage and interface with internal global, regional, and functional teams in regard to program
  • Organize and execute Project Plan (project structure; project phases, schedule and milestones; project organization, etc)
  • Obtain commitment from all core team members for complete Project Plan
  • Organize and execute Project Meetings (weekly team meetings, project reviews, quality gates, etc)
  • Track, manage, oversee and report on all program deliverables (financials, quality, timing, technical specifications, etc.) and status
  • Manage consolidated program costs, profitability, and budget
  • Manage, drive, and own timing and change management deliverables
  • Provide "voice" to and from the customer (in alignment with Sales), serve as filter, and drive consensus on all technical aspects between customer and company objectives
  • Define and assure customer reimbursements
  • Ensure application of all standardized methods, tools and forms (PDP 2014, , APQP)
  • Provide consistent and accurate status reports periodically to management as applicable (PSF, CSF, Red project reports, Launch review reports)

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of Program Management experience leading new product launches in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving programs from kickoff through production launch.
  • Strong background working with suppliers, production readiness activities, APQP, launch management, and changing management processes.
  • Ability to influence and drive results across multiple functions without direct authority, while effectively managing stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, HVAC, or similar product-based industries; heat exchanger or thermal management experience is a strong plus.
