This position within the Advanced Electronics Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line will report directly to the Program Area Director and will be based in Southern NH.
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team, focusing on Risk and Operations, management of monthly program meetings, and conducting Phase and Design Reviews. This role is crucial in driving business growth and securing new opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Proposal Development and Management
  • Function as the programs risk officer and fluently work within the risk and opportunity management software (IRIS). Actively manage R&O in unification with the functions by ensuring we are holding monthly meetings to mitigate and optimize risk and opportunities.
  • Proactive with scheduling and facilitating monthly program meetings such as R&O meetings, program management meetings, as well as pre-reviews for program performance reviews.
  • Led the migration of conducting Phase and Design Reviews in the Life Cycle Management System as well as creating a tracking sheet to ensure the team was staying compliant with required documents. Work closely with assessors, chairperson, and program team to ensure success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal content, and ensure consistency across proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed, and deadlines are met.
