Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or aspects of projects. Required Skills and Education
  • Knowledge of defense contract type and the risk associated with each
  • Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program
  • Strong communication skills both internal and customer facing
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II/III
  • Experience leading Earned Value programs
  • Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
  • Working knowledge developing proposals for new business pursuits
