What You Can Expect

  • Manage Marvell's early career onboarding program globally, working with regional leaders to launch efforts in new locations and continuously improve current programs for scalability and impact.
  • Help evolve the strategy and roadmap for the early career onboarding program, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, scale, ROI, and program data.
  • Define, design, develop and deliver learning initiatives and curricula for non-technical, professional development skills across Marvell.
  • Conduct needs assessments and design and / or curate learning solutions through direct content development and/or sourcing and selection of external content.
  • Apply project management skills, including tracking milestones and key risks, to ensure smooth execution and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop methods for measuring program and solution effectiveness; collect data and track progress.
  • Oversee communication strategy to ensure program engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Apply proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including active listening, effective questioning, role modeling key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, and coaching group activities.
  • Independently resolve problems and issues within the scope of assignments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholder groups to identify existing and emerging needs.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a performance consultant or training professional, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.
  • Strong instructional background, with demonstrated experience designing, managing, and scaling global programs.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience working across global or cross-regional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve objectives.
  • High degree of initiative and ownership; comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment.
  • Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis strongly preferred.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing early career, new graduate, or onboarding initiatives
  • Experience in semiconductor industry or engineering environment
  • Change management experience a plus

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

108,940 - 163,200, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
