We are a growing, family-owned lawn and shrub care company seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, identifying their needs, supporting sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction through ongoing service.

What You'll Do Client Care & Sales Support (Primary Focus)

Serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text

Build relationships with prospective and existing customers

Educate customers on our lawn, shrub, and outdoor services

Assist customers with service recommendations and customized solutions

Generate and follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries

Support customer retention and renewal efforts

Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications

Coordinate scheduling and assist with day-to-day office operations

Process customer payments and support Accounts Receivable functions

Send invoices, statements, and payment reminders

Respond to billing and account inquiries professionally and promptly

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Participate in ongoing training and professional development
