As a Consultant on the Strategic Operations team, you are curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning while leading by example and taking pride in delivering high-quality work. You are a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can make logical decisions, take initiative, and execute both big-picture and tactical priorities successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently or closely with the client and team members to accomplish tasks
  • Take ownership of client deliverables and workstreams, ensuring projects are executed from start to finish with strong attention to detail
  • Develop project management deliverables and drive related activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress to ensure timely completion
  • Possess effective communication skills to develop final drafts of communications for executive-facing materials, present in client meetings, draft client correspondences, and prepare writing on complex topics
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking skills, readily sharing and implementing innovative ideas and recommendations into support execution for client initiatives
  • Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to peers, managers, and clients, both in meetings and through written communications
  • Prioritize competing tasks, proactively ask clarifying questions or for support when needed, and drive progress forward when direction is ambiguous
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization and client environments while collaborating with team members to share best practices, foster connection, and support growth and development
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree
  • 3 years of professional experience required (consulting and/or project management experience a plus)
  • Preference for client-facing professional services experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot)
  • Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
  • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends, including AI and automation
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn from mentors and peersย

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $67,000 - $97,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
