Clarksburg, United States | Posted on 03/09/2026 We are seeking an experienced TrainingLead to design and deliver training programs that support organizational transformation, policy implementation, and operational process adoption. This role is responsible for developing structured learning materials and facilitating training engagements that enable staff, managers, and subject matter experts to effectively adopt new policies, workflows, and operational practices. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design capabilities with practical facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible training content. This individual must be comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups, developing structured learning frameworks, and supporting change management initiatives that drive long-term operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop role-based training programs that support organizational initiatives, operational changes, and policy implementation. Create structured training materials including curricula, presentations, job aids, guides, and reference documentation. Develop instructional frameworks that translate complex policies, procedures, and workflows into practical training content. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer engagements for staff, managers, and subject matter experts.

Support organizational change management initiatives by helping teams understand and adopt new operational practices. Collaborate with project leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training materials accurately reflect updated policies and processes. Develop clear communication and instructional materials suitable for diverse audiences. Produce polished training documentation and presentation materials suitable for organizational distribution.

Maintain training artifacts including training plans, instructional materials, session summaries, and reference guides. Requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and delivering training programs for operational, policy, or process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated experience designing instructional materials, training curricula, and knowledge transfer programs. Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or instructional engagements. Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and structured instructional materials. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting organizational transformation, operational improvement, or policy implementation initiatives. Experience developing accessible training materials and learning resources. Experience working within complex multi-stakeholder environments. Background in instructional design, learning development, or organizational training.
