Our outpatient office primarily offers remote service delivery, allowing you to maintain flexibility while often working from your preferred location. • Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using both individual and group formats, adapting techniques to accommodate various therapeutic approaches.
• Support clients dealing with conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression by utilizing evidence-based practices aimed at improving their mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for clients, promoting a comprehensive treatment approach.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, addressing a variety of issues including trauma, emotional disturbances, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, necessitating a culturally competent and individualized therapeutic approach. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, particularly in therapy and case management.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, especially CBT and ABA, would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, essential for effective client interactions and team dynamics.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those facing socioeconomic challenges.
• Proven track record in therapeutic settings where you demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver individual treatment plans successfully.
• Familiarity with remote counseling tools and platforms that enhance virtual therapy delivery.
