This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location - Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FL
Why This Role Matters:
The Sr. Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption and usage of new ways of working, systems, processes, and organizational changes as it relates to the business strategy at Mars Vet Health. The manager will support the Director of Change Management and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, training is provided, and support is in place to ensure successful adoption of the organizational changes.
Enablement Managers will support key stakeholders within the business units and Mars Veterinary Health. Primary interactions will include working with P&O, Strategic Reinvention Office, Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, Operations, and MVH Centers of Excellence.
You Will:
  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Deliver customer service focused on business units, centers of excellence and business partners.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new systems, processes, organizational changes, strategic objectives, and overall future vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, people & organization, corporate affairs, learning & development, and project management, to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, training is provided, and support is in place to ensure successful adoption of the changes.
  • Identify and assess change impacts on the organization, its associates, stakeholders, and processes, and recommend mitigation strategies. Leverage metrics to communicate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide reports to management on the progress of the initiatives across IT, Corporate Affairs, Learning & Development, and project leadership.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Where relevant, establish change related KPIs to assess and measure behavior change and adoption
  • Partner with leaders to identify and assess the impact of changes on Associates, and to create plans that will help minimize negative impacts and maximize positive outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead their teams through transitions.
  • Develop and maintain change management resources and tools, including guidelines, templates, and checklists, to support consistent and effective change management practices across the organization.
  • Support assessing and building out change maturity across Mars Veterinary Health and its leaders
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated ability to understand, manage, and respond effectively to emotions, both in oneself and in others.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders impacted by the proposed changes, including employees, management, and external parties. Facilitating open communication, addressing concerns, and building consensus among stakeholders.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management and Development, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, business administration, or related field.
  • Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and/or Master's degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in Organizational Development, Consulting or HR
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in applying these in diverse settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Experience in global management consulting
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Salary Range: $117,390 - $210, 935
