Responsibilities:

  • Responds to emergent learning needs by identifying appropriate learning modalities and developing targeted solutions.

  • Partners with stakeholders across the organization to assess learning objectives and support the design and delivery of learning content.

  • Serves as an organizational resource for best practices in learning program development and delivery.

  • Aids in the design, implementation, and execution of large-scale learning projects and initiatives.

  • Facilitates learning programs through workshops, presentations, and group discussions in-person and virtually.

  • Tracks and analyzes learning program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assists with administrative tasks related to learning programs, including scheduling, logistics coordination, learner communications, and materials preparation.

  • Supports program assessment and evaluation using established methods to measure learner engagement and behavior change.

  • Stays current with trends in learning and development and adult learning theory.

  • Upholds and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

  • This position has food safety responsibilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning and Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Supervisory: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
