Job description

Building Blocks Learning Center is committed to nurturing children from infancy through early childhood in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where learning happens through play and hands-on experiences.

We are seeking dedicated, energetic Toddler Teachers to join our team and support children’s growth and development in all areas, including social, emotional, cognitive, and early academic skills. In this role, you will help create a positive classroom environment, implement engaging lesson plans, and partner with families to support each child’s progress.


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging lessons
  • Supporting classroom management and positive behavior
  • Promoting developmental growth through play-based learning
  • Monitoring and documenting child progress
  • Communicating effectively with families and team members
  • Maintaining a safe, organized learning environment


Qualifications:
