Role Overview:

The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator has primary responsibility for providing learning program coordination support to the Learning and Development team. This includes coordinating all scheduling logistics for various events, updating and maintaining agendas, tracking program attendance and feedback, providing administrative support for Talent systems (LMS, Performance Management, and 360 Assessments) and updating SharePoint intranet sites, running various reports and analysis as needed, and providing additional support to various learning-related initiatives throughout the year..

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

  • Coordinates and executes the logistics of learning programs and events including, but not limited to, all new consultant orientation and onboarding programs as well as all cohort related programs (Analyst, Associate, Manager, Principal etc.).

    • Schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty

    • Helps prepare event schedules and agendas

    • Drafts and sends relevant communications regarding programs

    • Collects participant attendance and feedback details

    • Serves as session host, including supporting break out rooms or managing other room logistics on behalf of the presenter

    • Uploads content to the LMS

    • Provides logistical support for all on-site events (related to lodging, meal-planning, invoicing, AV coordination, etc.)

    • Responds to inquiries received through #LearningandDevelopment. Respond directly or forward to the appropriate team member

  • Manages and maintains accurate and up-to-date rosters for all training programs, including tracking enrollment, attendance, and completion rates, and ensures data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Administers the performance management and 360 assessment systems, including setup, configuration, and maintenance, and analyzes and reports on data to inform Talent initiatives.

  • Serves as the primary Talent administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course management, and reporting, and provides technical support and training to users on LMS functionality and best practices.

  • Helps process and manage any vendor invoices and expenses related to learning programs and maintains and updates tracking of expenses against the budget.

  • Coordinates timely distribution of information about upcoming programs with participants, Advisors, Faculty, other departments, and the rest of the Talent team.

  • Designs and compiles data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including analyzing and summarizing participant feedback, assessment results, and other relevant metrics.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience required

  • Experience with a learning management system or performance management system is desired

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to multitask and produce a high-quality work product under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized and process driven

Chicago: $56,800 - $72,100
Los Angeles: $59,800 - $75,800
New York: $60,800 - $77,200
San Francisco: $65,200 - $82,800
Silicon Valley: $66,500 - $84,400
Washington, DC: $58,400 - $74,100

Individual base compensation will be tailored to your primary work location and the unique depth of experience you bring to the firm.

Annual Performance Bonus: This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 5%.
