Associate, Digital Activation

As an entry-level role, the Associate plays a key role in executing campaigns across direct and programmatic buying. Ensuring that pacing, performance and the Digital Activation Process is activated correctly across the area of responsibility is the primary focus of this job.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of the Digital Planning Process across programmatic buying.
  • Work with Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients
  • Direct billing and reconciliation process for programmatic.
  • Attend learning & development training classes including but not limited to: digital and offline media concepts, visualization, presentation skills, tool trainings,
  • Attend internal and external (publisher) meetings and presentations.


Qualifications

  • Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications
  • Analytical thinking with competency in mathematical concepts
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT
  • Ability to learn media tools and software
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
