What will you be doing?

In this role, you'll develop consultative selling skills, build internal and external relationships, and create qualified opportunities by researching accounts, executing targeted outreach, and collaborating with sales and marketing stakeholders--while maintaining strong operating discipline in tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in and excel in the immersive WWT Associate Program.

· Relationship management & behavioral skills: build relationships across WWT and the high-performance team (HPT); communicate regularly with Client Managers, Regional Leadership, and Client Development Leadership; stay organized, outcome-focused, and accountable.

· Account development & planning: plan and prioritize activities for assigned accounts; conduct research to identify customer challenges, stakeholders, and insights; partner with sales leadership on target lists, call strategies, and messaging.

· Opportunity generation: create and qualify new business opportunities; execute outreach via phone, email, and other channels; schedule and coordinate next steps with account teams.

· Collaboration: work with account teams in planning sessions and execute on account plans; collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to tailor messages for appropriate buyers.

· Market & product communication: develop a strong understanding of WWT's value proposition, differentiators, services/consulting, ATC and platform capabilities, and how we help customers move from idea to outcome.

· Value analysis & business case: help customers understand use cases and value (ROI); learn and apply relevant WWT case studies by industry.

· Professional discipline: maintain Salesforce records aligned to account management and CDA metrics; practice professional communication with coworkers, leaders, customers, and partners; manage multiple priorities with a self-starter mindset.

· Successfully complete and graduate from the WWT Associate Academy program.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required.
  • 1--2 years of experience in Client/Sales Development in the IT industry preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for sales and continuous learning.
  • Customer-oriented: able to initiate, maintain, and grow business relationships.
  • Professional presence: enthusiastic, poised, inquisitive, and concise.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
