Job description

Our school needs of a loving, caring, creative and team player room teacher. Such a person must be ready to work and willing to shape and educate young mind. We are looking for someone who is flexible while maintaining structure and sticking to schedules. A person who understands children and will be able to communicate in a way that children will understand.

Below are required responsibilities but are not limited to these:
  • Working with children one-on-one and in groups, supervising activities, keeping students on task.
  • Serving snacks and using meals to incorporate learning, especially social skills.
  • Creating schedules and routines, ensuring children have a proper balance of rest and physical activities.
  • Planning curriculum targeting areas related to child development such as social, motor and language skills.
  • Developing language skills by reading to students and encouraging discussion through storytelling activities.
  • Weekly updating parents on their child’s progress with daily record-keeping and documentation of behavior issues.

Qualifications:
  • Our ideal candidate will be preferred to have Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate.
  • Or at the minimal a High School Diploma with at least 3 years' experience of working with kids.
