Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a early childhood education setting is required.
  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential.
  • A genuine love for children and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English speaking is a must.

Nice To Haves

Considerations for our ideal candidate include proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, as well as the understanding that working with children under three requires physical stamina and a willingness to engage in play-based learning.
