Job description

SUMMARY: This role is primarily responsible for facilitating learning sessions including New Hire Orientations and assisting with learning content development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Coordinate logistics, training site set-up (physical or virtual) and serve as the facilitator of new hire training for both full and part-time employees. Manage requisite employee training enrollments in the HRIS.
  2. Solicit content for employee communications for part-time day of game updates and full- and part-time monthly newsletters from internal stakeholders. Compile, circulate for internal department review, and edit drafts as necessary prior to sending.
  3. Assist with keeping training content current, engaging and relevant. Work with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and excitement.
  4. Engage with internal stakeholders to schedule departmental functional training for new hires as applicable.
  5. In conjunction with Learning Manager, HR Manager, and facility General Managers, develop and deliver functional training for manufacturing facilities.
  6. Maintain employee training records
  7. Assist the Learning and Development Manager with communicating and marketing Human Resources initiatives across the organization.
  8. Support the SVP of Human Resources and the Learning and Development Manager pertaining to department initiatives, calendars, scheduling of department meetings and meeting minutes.
  9. Provide assistance as needed for job fairs, on-boarding, and paperwork
  10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  11. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Psychology
  • Professional and Customer Service Oriented
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Flexible availability, willing to work evening and weekends
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
