Our team is growing and so your role with us is more important than ever.   Accounting Assistant  As our new Accounting Assistant, you’ll have a dynamic role with responsibilities spanning executive support, office administration, accounting and project coordination.   As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Vice President of Operations. This dynamic position offers a diverse range of responsibilities—from office organization and project setup to preparing project status updates, handling accounting tasks, maintaining engineering licenses, and assisting with new employee onboarding. You'll gain hands-on experience across all operational facets of the business, providing a strong foundation for professional growth as you develop expertise in each area. Your role will include essential accounting skills.
