Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across all company departments
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Build relationships with trade schools, colleges, military transition programs, and industry organizations

Employee Relations

Requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to coach managers and influence organizational decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems

Preferred

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
