Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Accurately complete documentation and maintain timely patient records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary communication and patient care planning.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment plans, and home programs.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Iowa (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
